DELIVERY TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are certain locations we cannot deliver to. If you live in one of these countries, we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Vicoral is not responsible for packages if the wrong address was provided during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before completing your order. If we make a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order at no extra cost to you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the products have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is 5-9 days. This does not include our processing time of 1-3 days. All delivery times exclude any customs delays or clearance.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped, but sometimes tracking may not be available due to free shipping.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME."
For some shipping carriers, it may take 1-3 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
